RPC IAM Policy Tool

v1.1

Iwan Hoogendoorn

Introduction:

OCI Remote Peering Connections (RPCs) enable secure communication between resources in different Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) regions.

With RPC, Virtual Cloud Networks (VCNs) in separate OCI regions can connect using the OCI backbone, creating a global network architecture.

This allows resources such as databases, applications, and services to communicate seamlessly across regions without the need for a public internet connection.

To establish a remote peering connection, the requestor and acceptor both need to create IAM policies to allow this RPC to be established. This tool lets you easily create these IAM policies for the Tenant Requestor and Tenant Acceptor side.
